About Fit Impressions, LLC

Fit Impressions, LLC offers one-on-one personal training as well as nutritional guidance and coaching. You can train with Kelly in a private room located in Cheshire Pilates in Cheshire, CT or in the comfort of your own home. While Kelly is not a registered dietician, she is certified in nutrition and very knowledgeable about clean eating. Together, you and Kelly will develop an attainable plan customized for you. Kelly prides herself on not only offering her knowledge in training but offering her emotional support as well on a woman’s fitness journey.

Kelly has an Associate Degree’s in Legal Studies from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont and is a certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine. She also is Barre Above Certified, Stott Pilates Reformer trained and holds a SCW Certificate in Nutrition, Hormones & Metabolism.
