Fit Impressions, LLC, my personal training business, has been open for 5 years this past August. I also just recently launched Kelly Loftus Lifestyle, an online lifestyle coaching program. At this point, I was looking to try something different and although there are a zillion fitness programs out there, I have decided to merge my programs together and offer an “on-line” program as well as an “in person” program. I will be offering this new five week program starting February 12, 2018. There will be only five spots open so that you get one-on-one coaching as well as group classes with the on-line support of other members.
You do not need to be local to take part in this program. If you are not local, I will film and provide you with Saturday’s workouts as well as provide you with one extra one hour phone conversation to coach you through meal prep as well as help you with any obstacles you may be facing. I don’t want to exclude anybody from this program so I will work with “non local” ladies to make them feel like they are getting the same attention as everyone else.
For those of you that know me and have worked with me, you know that I take a very gentle approach in my coaching. I am not an “all or nothing” type of coach.
I like to really get to know a person and their personality to design a program that fits their lifestyle and schedule. I don’t believe in a “cookie cutter” approach to a healthier lifestyle. Be sure to check out my testimonials and reviews on my 60 Day Lifestyle Reset Program.
My Five Week Program Includes:
Initial Assessment: We will meet 1-on-1 for a nutritional assessment focused on developing a personalized plan for you. We will analyze your food log and habits to assess what changes could be made. We will also evaluate your current exercise regimen and customize a fitness plan that will work with your fitness level and schedule. During this time, we will also discuss any and all questions you may have and/or any obstacles that you may be facing.
Group FB Page: A closed group FB Page will be set up so that I can communicate with members at the same time. This will be a small group of ladies so my goal would be for all of you to communicate with each other and support one another. I will offer healthy tips and recipes as well as short work out videos 2x weekly.
Workouts: Two workouts on two Saturdays during the five week period – dates and Cheshire location to be announced. These will be one hour workouts for all fitness levels scheduled early Saturday morning. If you miss a class, I will provide the workout in written format. On alternate weeks (with no scheduled class), I will post workout videos and communicate with you via FB.
Meal Prep: An evening at my home will be scheduled to teach you about Meal Prep. I will take you through the steps I do in order to food prep for the week. A grocery list will also be provided. This will be a great opportunity for local group members to bond. Again, if you are not local, we will schedule a mutual time to discuss meal prep one-on-one.
Food Prep at Your Home: I will help you cook and food prep in the comfort of your own home. You will have meals cooked and ready to go for the week. I will provide you will a grocery list – you just need to do the grocery shopping! This ideally will take 1 to 1.5 hours. Additional Cost: $65
Accountability Check in – What happens after you are done with this program? You may still require accountability for your workouts and nutrition. Once I provide you with the tools to lead a healthier lifestyle, the missing piece is no longer a new nutrition plan or exercise program. Accountability keeps you consistent because you have to report back to me what you’re doing—or not doing. At these check-in’s, I will answer any questions, provide support, assess fitness & nutrition and provide motivation for you to remain consistent. Additional Cost: $25 (30 minutes)
