I recently moved to a larger location and will be offering “pop up” classes in my new studio as well as four week “healthy lifestyle” programs. My classes are fun and suitable for all fitness levels. Please check my website or social media accounts for announcements.
Bands & Barre
This 45 minute workout is offered in my studio. I offer this class a couple times a month as a “pop up” class. It is designed to incorporate both the barre as well as resistance bands. You will leave feeling long, lean and strong. I am Barre Above Certified and trained in Barre Intensity.

Pilates Mat & Reformer
I teach Pilates on the reformer primarily at the Posture Bar in Farmington on most Saturdays. Pilates is designed to work your core muscles to make you stronger in all levels of fitness. The Pilates reformer provides a full body workout to reinforce proper alignment and aides with proper posture. I recently added an AeroPilates machine in my studio so that I can mimic many of the moves that can be performed on the Reformer with my clients in their one-on-one sessions.
I teach a circuit training class aka bootcamp class at Jodifit occassionally and I offer Bootcamp in the Park in Cheshire during the Fall and Spring Season. These classes are made up of approximately three stations that involve squats, lunges, dumbells and kettlebells. These classes are designed to fit all fitness levels with modifications. These classes are fun, go by fast and I love to incorporate dance music to my playlists so that everyone can sing and dance along.
